How Supermom's Toddler Seminar Earned a 95.9% Recommendation Rate From Parents

On 12 September 2026, Supermom brought together 716 registered families at Suntec Convention Centre for Curiouser and Curiouser Little Minds, an early-years parenting seminar built around the questions that define the toddler stage.

Across the afternoon, 9 expert speakers and 7 official partners gave parents of young children a trusted, single-day guide to the issues that matter most between the first birthday and the start of school: development and milestones, common childhood illnesses, dental and airway health, toddler behaviour, and preparing both children and parents for the years ahead. The event paired genuine educational value for parents with structured, high-visibility touchpoints for partner brands, all within the trusted environment of the Supermom community.

Objective

The seminar was designed to deliver on both sides of the Supermom community.

For parents of toddlers, the goal was a credible, practical day of expert guidance across health, development, behaviour, and family life, delivered by medical professionals and specialists they could trust. For partner brands, the objective was meaningful access to a high-intent audience at a decision-rich stage of parenting, when choices about healthcare, nutrition, education, and family services are actively being made.

Supermom's role was to convene the right audience, programme the right expertise, and give partners structured exposure throughout the day.

The Experience

The seminar was structured to move families through a full day of learning, discovery, and partner interaction.

On arrival, attendees registered, checked in, and collected a wrist tag for goodie bag redemption, then moved through partner booths before and between sessions. The expert programme anchored the day, with 9 speakers covering the full toddler-years journey: common childhood illnesses, toddler brain and cognitive development, dental and airway health, the transition from partners to parents, financial and family planning, and an expert panel on building resilience and readiness for an AI-shaped future. Partner booths from True North Financial, Abbott Similac, Abbott BioGaia, Foundation Healthcare, Oral 7, Super 45 Gourmet by SuperThai, and Woods gave brands space to meet parents directly, while a lucky draw and goodie bag redemption rounded out the experience.

Sponsor visibility ran throughout: brand presence across the registration journey, products in every goodie bag, and brand exposure during the seminar and lucky draw.

Findings & Strategic Implications

Why It Worked

Curiouser and Curiouser Little Minds succeeded because it met parents of toddlers with exactly the expertise the stage demands, and delivered it in a trusted setting.

Expertise across the whole toddler stage drove the value. Parents of young children juggle questions across health, development, behaviour, and their own relationships, and the speaker programme spanned all of them. The highest-rated sessions, scoring up to 8.61 out of 10, covered subjects parents feel most acutely, from common childhood illnesses to the shift from being partners to being parents. That breadth of relevant expertise is what turned attendance into a 95.9% recommendation rate.

A high-intent audience created real value for partners. Parents of toddlers are actively making decisions about healthcare, nutrition, education, and family services. By convening this audience in a trusted educational setting, Supermom gave partner brands access to parents at a genuinely high-intent moment, through booths, sampling, and goodie bag placement rather than interruptive advertising.

A 12-week campaign did the work behind the day. The event was the visible moment, but the result was built over three months of coordinated marketing across paid, organic, community, and direct channels. More than 20,000 event page views against 716 registrations shows both strong interest and disciplined audience targeting.

Satisfaction signals a repeatable platform. A 95.9% would-recommend rate and an 8.6 average NPS are evidence of a trusted, repeatable format. Parents left wanting more, and the survey surfaced clear demand for future topics spanning child development and milestones, preschool transition, health and wellbeing, parenting skills, and nutrition, giving Supermom and its partners a ready roadmap for what comes next.
