How Supermom's First 1000 Days Masterclass Earned a 98.2% Recommendation Rate From Expecting Parents

On 26 September 2026, Supermom brought together 519 registered expecting parents at Suntec Convention Centre for The First 1000 Days Masterclass, an expert-led seminar built around one of the most important windows in a child's life: the period from pregnancy through the first two years, when the foundations of lifelong health and development are set.

Across the afternoon, 7 expert speakers and 6 official partners gave expecting parents a trusted, single-day guide to the essentials of this critical window, from maternal health and nutrition through to newborn care and early development. The event paired genuine educational value for parents with structured, high-visibility touchpoints for partner brands, all within the trusted environment of the Supermom community.

Objective

The masterclass was designed to deliver on both sides of the Supermom community.

For expecting parents, the goal was credible, practical guidance on giving their child the best possible start across the first 1,000 days, delivered by medical professionals and specialists they could trust. For partner brands, the objective was meaningful access to a high-intent audience at one of the most decision-rich moments in a parent's life, when choices about healthcare, nutrition, and baby products are actively being made.

Supermom's role was to convene the right expecting-parent audience, programme focused expert content, and give partners structured exposure throughout the day.

The Experience

The masterclass was structured to move families through a full day of learning, discovery, and partner interaction.

On arrival, attendees registered, checked in, and collected a wrist tag for goodie bag redemption, then moved through partner booths before and between sessions. The expert programme anchored the day, with 7 speakers covering the essentials of the first 1,000 days, from maternal and pregnancy health through infant nutrition to newborn care and early development. Partner booths from AIA, Applecrumby, Dexcom, Mount Alvernia Hospital, Nestlé NAN, and Super Thai gave brands space to meet expecting parents directly, while a lucky draw and goodie bag redemption rounded out the experience.

Sponsor visibility ran throughout: brand presence across the registration journey, products in every goodie bag, and brand exposure during the seminar and lucky draw.

Findings & Strategic Implications

Why It Worked

The First 1000 Days Masterclass succeeded because it focused on a window every expecting parent cares deeply about, and delivered trusted expertise within it.

A powerful, focused theme drew the right audience. The first 1,000 days is one of the most widely recognised and emotionally resonant concepts in early parenthood. Building the masterclass around it gave expecting parents a clear, compelling reason to attend, and gave partner brands a natural, credible context in which to appear.

A high-intent audience created real value for partners. Expecting parents are actively making decisions about healthcare, nutrition, and baby products. By convening this audience in a trusted educational setting, Supermom gave partner brands access to parents at a genuinely high-intent moment, through booths, sampling, and goodie bag placement rather than interruptive advertising.

Strong reach reflected disciplined targeting. More than 28,000 event page views against 519 registrations, alongside a 1.17% click-through rate above benchmark, shows both strong interest and precise audience targeting across paid, organic, and community channels.

Satisfaction signals a repeatable platform. A 98.2% would-recommend rate, one of the highest across Supermom's seminar series, is clear evidence of a trusted, repeatable format. Parents left wanting more, and the survey surfaced strong demand for future topics spanning feeding and nutrition, newborn and baby care, pregnancy health, postnatal recovery, and early education, giving Supermom and its partners a ready roadmap for what comes next.
