Leela Nair is a highly respected leader in the advertising and media industry, with over 30 years of experience spanning global markets. For the past two decades, she has been a driving force in the Asian advertising landscape, advising some of the world’s largest advertisers on maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of their media investments.
In 2014, Leela established the Ebiquity SEA office, building it into a premier independent media consultancy that now partners with more than 80 of the world’s top 100 advertisers in the region. She is a trusted advisor to major brands, helping them navigate the complexities of digital media, agency performance, and commercial structures to drive better business outcomes.
Hellen Katherina is a seasoned professional in the marketing research and media industry, currently serving as the Country Director of Indonesia at Supermom. With over two decades of experience, she has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director Asia at Nielsen Media, Hellen is recognized for her expertise in Market Analysis, Advertising Research, and Brand Equity Analytics.
She is also an active member of industry associations, contributing to the advancement of media and advertising in the region, and was recognized as a Top Talent in Asia Pacific at Nielsen (2013).
Dr. Lau has key interests and in-depth knowledge in Branding and Research in Consumer Behavior. His experience spans numerous organizations from Government agencies, MNCs and SMEs. He enjoys sharing his knowledge in branding and, at the same time, learning from the experience of others.
Specialties: Expert in branding and research, Dr Lau has written and published numerous research papers and articles on brand personality, extension and consumer behavior.
With 28 years of experience in advertising and media, Andi believes creativity and innovation are key to building strong connections between brands and their audiences. His career includes roles at Ogilvy, MindShare, and Starcom Worldwide, founding the independent media agency Activate, and expanding into entertainment with GDP Venture and Springboard.
He is also dedicated to advancing marketing, communication, and the creative industry. Andi serves as Chairman of APMF, Steering Committee Chairman of Asia Pacific creative festival AdFest in Pattaya, Thailand, and a Steering Committee member of Citra Pariwara.
